What is UPTET?

There are two exams for UPTET exam for teacher recruitment in Uttar Pradesh. Out of which the primary teacher paper (PRT) is conducted for those who want to teach class 1 to 5. So the second one, Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) is for those who want to teach from 6 to 8. However, the candidates who want to become a teacher of primary and upper primary. They have to appear in both the exams.

The first condition in these conditions is that the age of the candidate applying for this should be at least 18 years, while the maximum age limit has been kept at 35 years.
