WTC Final | So far only 9 Indian players have scored a century on the ground of The Oval in England, only one batsman has 2 centuries here, know the names of those centenarians in the history of Test cricket



The WTC Final match will be played between Australia and India from 7th to 11th June of this month at The Oval ground in London. This AUS vs IND match will be the final match of the ICC World Test Championship 2021-2023 season. Big and memorable innings are being expected from Virat Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara, Rohit Sharma, Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill for India in this historic match at The Oval ground. At least 3 of these 5 players can score a century in The Oval ground, it is believed. In the year 2021, Rohit Sharma played an innings of 127 runs at this ground and India won that match. Significantly, so far only 9 players have scored centuries in the history of Test cricket on this ground, in which one player has a record of one century and one double century. Vijay Merchant scored the first Test century on this ground. And, the second century came after 33 years with the bat of Sunil Gavaskar, that too was a double century.
