The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released five players currently undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru – Jasprit Bumrah, Prasidh Krishna, KL Rahul, Shreyas Medical and fitness updates have been released on Iyer (Shreyas Iyer) and Rishabh Pant. BCCI has also issued an update on Rishabh Pant. According to the BCCI, Rishabh Pant has made significant progress in his rehabilitation and has started keeping as well as batting in the nets. He is currently following a fitness program designed for him which includes strength, flexibility and running. Significantly, Rishabh Pant had a terrible car accident on December 30 last year. Due to which he had to undergo surgery on his leg. Since then he is running out of Team India. Although now this star player is recovering fast. It is expected that Pant will return to Team India soon.
