He played only two Test matches for his team. Adil took 5 wickets in this. Along with this, Adil played 5 ODIs in which he took 4 wickets. In domestic cricket, Adil took 245 wickets in 67 first-class matches, 98 wickets in 67 List A matches and 86 wickets in 68 T20 matches. Hammad Azam played 11 ODIs for Pakistan, taking two wickets and scoring 80 runs. He has also played 5 T20 matches. Scored 4953 runs in 107 first class matches and took 75 wickets.
