ICC T20 Rankings | ICC T20 men’s rankings: Chapman, Iftikhar reach career-high ranking, Suryakumar on top



Dubai: New Zealand’s Mark Chapman and Pakistan’s Iftikhar Ahmed reached career-high positions in the ICC T20 Men’s Rankings at the end of the five-match series. Suryakumar Yadav continues to top the rankings and is the only Indian in the top ten. Chapman, who scored 290 runs in the series, jumped 48 places to reach 35th position. Earlier in February 2018, he reached the 54th position. Also read Iftikhar, who scored 36 runs in the last match, has climbed six places to reach 38th position. Mohammad Rizwan is second and Babar Azam is in third place. Iftikhar had earlier reached the 43rd position in November last year. New Zealand’s Chad Bowes has moved up 82 places to 118th position, while Ish Sodhi has moved up to 14th position in bowling. Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim has gained 15 places to reach 127th position in the batsmen’s rankings while he has gained 120 places to reach 93rd position in the bowlers’ rankings. He has climbed 44 places to be at 24th position in the rankings for all-rounders.
