Washington: The White House on Monday said that India is a vibrant democracy and anyone visiting there can feel it for themselves. The White House said this while apparently dismissing concerns over the state of democracy in India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to visit America at the end of this month. John Kirby, strategic communications coordinator at the National Security Council, said at a press conference, “India is a vibrant democracy. Anyone who visits India can feel it.
