The driver has been arrested for dangerous driving. London Police has given this information. In a statement, police said: “At approximately 4.20pm a car crashed into the gates of Downing Street on Whitehall. Meanwhile, pictures viral on social media show a white passenger car with its trunk open, seen ramming the gates of Downing Street. There is no news of anyone getting injured in this incident. Police is questioning the driver. Along with this, the incident is being investigated from every angle. At the same time, PM Sunak’s office refused to comment.
