Lahore (Pakistan): Bushra Bibi, wife of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, has sent a legal notice to the ruling PML-N’s top leader Maryam Nawaz, demanding May Day in Lahore. An apology has been demanded for making “derogatory, false, frivolous and defamatory allegations” against him during the speech. Bushra sent a notice to the daughter of three-time prime minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday. Maryam, in her speech, had accused a person of receiving “five-carat gold rings” as a bribe in exchange for the transfer of a plot of land during Khan’s tenure as prime minister.
