Pakistan | Attack on security post in Pakistan, four people died; many others injured

Representational image Miran Shah (Pakistan). A security post in northwestern Pakistan was targeted by a suicide bomber on Wednesday, killing two soldiers, a policeman and a civilian. Giving this information, security officials said that this is the second such incident in the last few days. The incident took place in North Waziristan, a district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province that borders Afghanistan and is a former stronghold of the militant Pakistani Taliban group. The TTP on Wednesday claimed responsibility for the previous day’s attack on an oil and gas plant in Hangu, a district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa bordering Afghanistan.
