According to the social media account of the local Jingshi county government, one of the dead was a Chinese national, while the nationality of the 11th person has not been confirmed. The government said 14 people were traveling in a vehicle which overturned and fell into a narrow gorge. It states that the incident is linked to human trafficking. The government said the survivors included the Chinese driver, the Chinese helper and two Vietnamese nationals, and that they were all being questioned. (agency)
