File Pic New Delhi. Finally after 12 years a Foreign Minister of Pakistan is coming to India. In fact, in the year 2011, Heena Rabbani Khar had come to India and today Bilawal Bhutto is reaching Goa to attend the SCO meeting. At the same time, apart from the SCO meeting to be held on May 4-5, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will also hold a bilateral meeting with the Foreign Ministers of Russia and China. Today on Thursday, the Ministry of External Affairs gave information in this regard. The Foreign Ministers of Russia and China had earlier come to India in March for a meeting of the G20. Significantly, Bilawal Bhutto himself is the Foreign Minister of Pakistan and also the heir of the Bhutto family. The same Bhutto family, which has a 4 generation old relationship with India. Actually this Bhutto family has played a major role in the politics of Pakistan. The leadership of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), formed in 1967, has been with this family. Bilawal is the fourth generation of this family. Bilawal Bhutto is the Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party since 2007 and is currently the Foreign Minister of Pakistan. Then after some political upheaval and then Imran Khan’s coup, Bilawal was included in the cabinet in April 2022 and became the youngest Foreign Minister of Pakistan. After this, he started making childish statements continuously. The same Bilawal Bhutto also commented on PM Modi in December 2022. And for the first time in the year 2014, Bilawal gave a statement on the Kashmir issue. He had told PPP workers – I will take back the whole of Kashmir. I will not leave even an inch of it for India, because Kashmir belongs only to Pakistan. Like other provinces of Pakistan, Kashmir is also ours. However, India’s Ministry of External Affairs clarified that the event is not about bilateral engagement in any way. Both the countries have been interacting in multilateral fora and the SCO Foreign Ministers meeting is another such big occasion.
