SEBI Action | SEBI will auction the properties of seven business groups to withdraw investors’ money
FIle Photo Delhi: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) will auction 17 properties of seven companies with a total reserve price of Rs 51 crore on June 28 to withdraw investors’ money. These companies include MPS Group, Tower Infotech and Vibgyor Group. Sebi has said in a notice that apart from these, the regulator will also put up for auction the properties of Prayag Group, Multipurpose BIOS India Group, Waris Finance International Group and Paylan Group of Companies. The auction will be held through online medium from 11 am to 1 pm. Spread across West Bengal, these 17 properties under auction include plots, multi-storey buildings, flats and commercial premises. Inviting the bidders, SEBI said that the auction of the properties will be held through online medium from 11 am to 1 pm. The total reserve price for these properties has been kept at Rs 51 crore.
