Many companies have cut employees twice. Now the domestic Meesho company has also reduced its staff. Meesho has decided to cut 15% of its total workforce. This decision means that the company has reduced 251 employees in order to get more profit for the company. Company’s CEO Vidit Atre has given this information through email. He has written in the email that this big decision has been taken to make more profit to the company. Atre also said that we want to work with a smaller structure to achieve sustained profits. The company said about the retrenchment of a total of 251 employees, the company will extend full support to the employees affected by the retrenchment. They will also be given a separation package in which the company will give 2.5 to 9 months salary depending on the post.
