The USP of this startup is that it will have lower prices of various food items and a barrage of offers as compared to Zomato and Swiggy. The name of this food delivery app is Vayu. According to an offer, users will get 15 to 20% cheaper food items on this platform than other aggregators, service providers. While launching the new Food Delivery App, it was claimed that efforts would be made to easily provide services related to food delivery to the customers. Sunil Shetty Become Brand Ambassador Vayu App is a part of Destec Horeca. Vayu has been brought to the market by technologists and entrepreneurs Anirudh Kotgire and Mandar Lande. Vaayu, a startup, has received support from the Mumbai-based Indian Hotel and Restaurant Association (AHAR) and other industries. More than 1,000 restaurants in Mumbai are connected to this platform. These include Bhagat Tarachand, Mahesh Lunch Home, Banana Leaf, Shiv Sagar, Guru Kripa, Kirti Mahal, Farsi Darbar and Ladoo Samrat. The company has roped in actor and hotelier Suniel Shetty as its brand ambassador for Vayu.
