According to figures released by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation’s health department, 10,860 new patients have been registered in Mumbai in the last 24 hours. With these patients, the total number of corona positive patients in Mumbai has reached 8 lakh 18 thousand 462. In the last 24 hours, 834 corona positive patients have been admitted to the hospital in Mumbai, while the total number of patients undergoing treatment at the hospital has reached 4491. Of the patients admitted in the last 24 hours, 52 are in critical condition and have been kept on oxygen.

According to figures released by the health department, 389 buildings have been sealed so far, while a total of 16 containment zones including slums and huts have been identified.
