The second T20 match between India and Sri Lanka on Tuesday has been postponed due to Krunal Pandey’s corona infection. Krinal tested positive in the antigen test on Tuesday, after which all the Indian players were tested in the corona.

Tension has also increased in the Test team that went to England due to the coronation of Krinal Pandya. According to media reports, the corona test of 8 players has now come negative. So everyone has breathed a sigh of relief.

Meanwhile, Krinal Pandya came in contact with 8 players, including Suryakumar Yadav and Prithvi Shaw. But, now his corona test has come negative.

Suryakumar Yadav and Prithvi Shaw have been named in Team India for the series against England. Shubhaman Gill, Washington Sundar and Avesh Khan will leave for England after the tour of Sri Lanka due to injuries.

Corona had already beaten Team India on the tour of England. Wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant and throwdown specialist Dayanand Garani tested positive for corona. Apart from this, Wriddhiman Saha, Abhimanyu Ishwaran and bowling coach Bharat Arun also had to go into isolation for 10 days as the three came in contact with Dayanand Garani.

Now, the case of Corona has also come up in the India-Sri Lanka series. Before the ODI series, two members of the Sri Lankan team had tested positive for corona. Batting coaches Grant Flower and GT Niroshan had a corona, so the schedule for the ODI and T20 series was changed.

The India-Sri Lanka T20 match on Tuesday will now be played on Wednesday, but before that, all the Indian players will have to test the corona negative. Also, no change has been made in the schedule of the third T20.
