Third wave risk in UK after vaccination, ‘these’ effects on India Coronavirus-latest-news

The United Kingdom is facing a third wave of corona virus. So far, 3.8 million people in the UK have received the first dose of the vaccine.

New Delhi, May 29: The United Kingdom is facing a third wave of corona virus. The number of coronaviruses in the UK seems to be rising once again. This increase is understood to be due to B.1.617.2 variant. The new type is likely to pose a third wave threat in the UK. Notably, this variant is spreading rapidly despite good coverage of good vaccines (Corona Vaccination).

So far, 3.8 million people in the UK have received the first dose of the vaccine. 2.4 crore people have taken both the doses. However, the number of coronary heart disease patients in hospitals in the country is increasing. The number of hospital admissions is increasing rapidly. In the UK, variant B.1.617.2 seems to be spreading rapidly. The number of hospital admissions in the country has increased by 20 per cent in the last week.

India needs to worry?

If you look at the trend in the UK, the infection is spreading rapidly among young people there. Already, experts in India have expressed concern that young people are at greater risk of corona in the third wave. Therefore, low speed of vaccine can be a matter of concern for India.

According to the government, more than 20 crore people have been vaccinated so far. However, only 4 crore people have received both doses of this vaccine. That means only 3.1 per cent of people in the country have been given both doses of the vaccine.
