Adelaide, April 10: A shocking incident has come to light in which an Indian girl was murdered in Australia out of one side love. After killing the girl, the accused has buried her body 400 km away from the city. What is special is that the suspect is also an Indian. The incident was reported to the local police, who arrested the accused along with his uncle and aunt. All three are being questioned.

The deceased was identified as Jasmine, a native of Nayarangarh in Sangrur district of Punjab. The accused is Tariq Jyot Singh, a resident of a village near Ludhiana. The deceased had gone to Australia for a nursing course two and a half years ago. This time she was also working a part time job in Adelaide. The place where she was working was the uncle and aunt of the accused. The accused was also working at the same place.

While doing the job, the accused caught Jasmine’s eye. Meanwhile, accused Tariq Singh harassed Jasmine several times and tried to tease her. The deceased Jasmine had lodged a complaint with the police. She had also informed her family that Tariq was harassing her, according to the uncle of the deceased. The accused did not stop harassing her after she lodged a complaint at home.

Meanwhile, Jasmine suddenly disappeared. There was no contact with her. So the relatives of the deceased girl asked Jasmine’s colleague to lodge a complaint with the Australian police. It was also suspected that Tariq may have been behind her disappearance. Australian police have since arrested the accused along with his uncle and aunt. During the interrogation, accused Tariq has confessed to his crime. Police have since recovered the body, which was buried 400 km away, and are investigating the exact cause of the murder.
