Pune, April 07: Corona virus in the country (Corona virus in India) The situation is becoming dire. More than one lakh corona patients per day in the country (Corona Cases) Is increasing. Maharashtra has the highest number of corona patients. This also shows that the corona situation is getting out of hand in Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur. In Pune, it is becoming difficult for corona patients to get beds for treatment. There is a huge shortage of ICUs and ventilator beds in Pune. Therefore, now Pune Municipal Corporation has mobilized the army for help.
More than 21,000 beds have been made available in Pune for the treatment of corona patients in the Pune municipal limits. But most of these beds do not have ventilator facilities. Vetilator facility is available for 489 beds in Pune. As of Monday evening, none of these ventilator beds were available. A few beds became available late Tuesday night. But in Pune, a large number of patients are being neglected.

Private and government hospitals in Pune are currently experiencing a severe shortage of beds and ventilators. The military hospital has an updated facility of 335 beds and 15 ventilators. Therefore, the Pune Municipal Corporation has sought the help of the Army to treat the corona patient at this place.

Pune Municipal Corporation has expressed hope to get help from the military hospital. But no official information has yet been received from the military hospital about the demand.
