Maharashtra has one of the highest corona cases in the country.

Mumbai, February 21: The declining number of coronavirus patients in India is now on the rise again. Six states in the country have the highest number of corona cases and these states have led to an increase in the number of corona patients in the country. These include Maharashtra (coronavirus in maharashtra), Kerala, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jammu and Kashmir. Therefore, the Central Government has issued a letter to all these states and ordered them to take all necessary precautions.

According to the Union Ministry of Health, the number of active patients in the country has been increasing in the last few days. More than 74 per cent of the cases are from Maharashtra and Kerala alone. Apart from that, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir have also witnessed a huge increase in the number of patients on a daily basis. The weekly positivity rate between the five states and union territories is higher than the national average of 1.79 per cent. Maharashtra has the highest rate of 8.10.

In the last four weeks, the weekly corona cases in Maharashtra have gone up from 18,200 to 21,300. According to the weekly positivity rate, the patient growth rate has gone up from 4.7 per cent to 8 per cent. The central government has directed to pay maximum attention to five cities in the state. These include Mumbai, Nagpur, Amravati, Nashik, Akola, Yavatmal districts. The situation in the Mumbai suburbs is very worrying. Where weekly cases have increased by 19 per cent. In Nagpur, Amravati, Nashik, Akola and Yavatmal, the number of cases has increased by 33 per cent, 47 per cent, 23 per cent, 55 per cent and 48 per cent respectively.

Cases of coronavirus are on the rise. Therefore, the Central Government has suggested that Rapid Antigen Test should be done after RT-PCR test with strict restrictions in RT-PCR related districts. Regular inspections should be carried out in the districts where most cases are found, and strict restrictions should be imposed there. Where most deaths are occurring. According to the Central Health Department, the country has seen such a high number of corona patients in nearly 22 days on Saturday. On Saturday, 13,993 patients in the country, or about 14,000 patients, tested positive for corona. Earlier, on January 29, 18,855 patients were found. This is followed by Saturday.

Speaking of the state, Maharashtra has the highest number of patients in the country. On Saturday, 6,281 new patients were found in the state. The number of corona patients has doubled in the last ten days. Against this backdrop, more than thirteen hundred buildings have been sealed in Mumbai so far to curb the spread. Mumbai Municipal Corporation has ordered to seal the building concerned if 5 patients are found. The decision was made after a coronary patient and a suspect were found wandering outside the home quarantine.
