Coronavirus found near Mumbai; Giving antibodies too Coronavirus-latest-news

This form of corona is said to be from South Africa and it is even worse than strain from UK.

Mumbai, January 10: The number of coronavirus patients in India seems to be declining and corona vaccination will be introduced soon. The shocking news is that the citizens have not been able to breathe a sigh of relief. Earlier, the number of UK corona new strain patients in India also started increasing and now the new corona strain from South Africa (South Africa corona strain) has reached near Mumbai, the financial capital of India. This form of corona is said to be even more terrifying.

The Tata Memorial Center in Kharghar has three patients from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region who have been diagnosed with the corona virus with the mutation E484K. The virus is said to be a new coronavirus found in South Africa. This strain in South Africa is even more terrible than the strain found in Britain. This is because all three types of antibodies produced in the body of patients who have recovered from corona are not effective in fighting the virus. Of the three patients, one is from Thane and one from Raigad.

According to the Times of India, Tata Memorial Center’s Dr. Nikhil Patkar said that the team of the center had done gene sequencing of 700 samples. E484K mutations have been found in three of them. Three mutations of the coronavirus were found in South Africa. The strain of the virus found in our hospital patients is one of the same three mutations.

Meanwhile, an infectious disease expert from Bangalore, Dr. Giridhar Babu said the E484K mutation virus has been in citizens since September 2020. If it had spread faster, the situation would have been much worse by now. But that did not happen. So there is no need to panic about this virus.

The new corona found in the UK has 90 patients in India. Out of which 11 patients are in Maharashtra. There are 3 each in Mumbai, Pimpri-Chinchwad, 2 in Pune and one each in Mira Bhayandar. Meanwhile, one patient each from Gujarat and Goa is undergoing treatment in Mumbai. One patient each from Mumbai and Pune has also been discharged. His corona test has been negative.
