The Health Minister said that in some states, including West Bengal, community transmission seems to have taken place in different parts of the state. However, it is not widespread and is limited to a few districts. He also said that the government is working on it.
He also said that it has been found to be prevalent in densely populated areas. Corona was first found in the country in January. This was followed by frequent questions. But each time the matter was denied.
Now the Union Health Minister himself has agreed to it. The Union Health Minister has also appealed to celebrate all festivals and celebrations at home and avoid gathering to prevent the spread of corona.
What is the situation in Maharashtra?
The rising graph of corona patients in the state over the last few months is currently on the decline. This has been declining for the last few days in a row. The same decline was seen on Sunday. The number of new patients and deaths has also declined during the day. On Sunday, 11 thousand 204 patients were cured and went home, while a total of 13 lakh 69 thousand 810 crore patients were cured in the state till date. Therefore, the recovery rate of patients in the state is 85.86. During the day, 9,060 new patients were added. So 150 people died. The state’s mortality rate is 2.64 percent.
Out of 81 lakh 39 thousand 466 laboratory samples tested till date, 15 lakh 95 thousand 381 or 19.6 per cent samples have tested positive.
At present, 24 lakh 12 thousand 921 persons are in home quarantine in the state while 23 thousand 384 persons are in institutional quarantine. Such information has been given by the Ministry of Health.
